Can I bring extra people after booking?
Since we have ammended our check-in procedure, we can not accept walk-ins or people being added at the time of the game. You can add players in advance, just give us a call and we can send an invoice for the added players.
What happens if I arrive late? / How long is each event?

UPDATE: During this time of uncertainity with new Covid-19 restrictions, we are changing our policy so that if you feel unwell, or have come in contact with someone with symptoms, we can reschedule you for another time, even if it is past the 24 hour mark.
Do I have to sign the Waiver and Release of Liability in order to participate?

What if my group is larger than the rooms listed limit?
Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, masks are requred for all guests and employees.
Is the room cleaned between games?
Yes. We have always cleaned our rooms between bookings, but we have made some changes to the room so we can now sanitize thoroughly after each group plays. While some of our changes may take a little bit of the immersion away from the game, we prefer to be safe during this time.
Are the rooms private?
Yes, we have changed over to all private bookings. The group you arrive with will be the only ones in the room.
Are you open for walk-ins?
No, we are currently operating by appointment only. The hours on our website are our hours of availability and you can book on our website for up to one hour before game time. Once you book your game, you will receive a confirmation email with our new arrival instructions.
What are the new arrival instructions?
- Once you book your escape game you will get an email confirmation.
This email will contain a link to an electronic waiver. A separate waiver will need to be completed for each person coming to play.
We will also provide a link to our most recent "rules video". We ask that you watch this short video before your gaming experience.
There will be a teaser video for the room you have chosen.
When you arrive, our door will be locked. You will need to call us at 443.330.6020 and your gamemaster will let you into the building.
Your entire party will need to wear masks. You will not be admitted into the building without one on.
Your gamemaster will take you directly to your chosen room and from there will present the room's instructions and backstory.
Once the game is over (either time is up, or you escaped) we will take your picture and will be sure the lobby is clear for your departure.
What about social distancing?
We have implemented Contact Free Check-In, Private Rooms and Staggered Entry times to ensure that you will not encounter other groups.
Contact Free Check-In: Waivers will need to be signed before you arrive. When your entire party arrives, call 443.330.6020 and your gamemaster will let you in and take you directly to your room.
Private Rooms: Only your group will be in the room. The room is closed after a single booking.
Staggered Entry: We have extednded the time between games to allow a group to leave before the next is brought in.
